Generally

We who provide the site www.vetasapiens.com.se are GPBM Nordic AB. The terms “we, our, ours and us” below refer to GPBM Nordic AB.

We sell products with delivery within Sweden. To be able to buy from us, you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental approval. By making purchases from and using this website, you agree to our current terms and conditions of purchase and thereby certify that the information you provide about yourself is correct.

Prices and fees

All prices are in Swedish kronor and include current VAT, currently 25%. Our prices and fees may change due to circumstances beyond our control, such as significant changes in production prices, currency fluctuations or changes in VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price that was current at the time of ordering is what applies regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards. 

At checkout, you can see the total price including VAT and any shipping costs. We reserve the right for any printing and typing errors. On vetasapiens.com, free shipping to a delivery point with PostNord applies to orders with an order value over SEK 1000 after deduction of any discounts.

Delivery with PostNord

We use PostNord for the distribution of parcels. You can choose between having the item delivered to an agent (MyPack Collect) or to your home (MyPack Home).


For orders with a total weight of less than 1 kg and where the package fits in a letter slot, the delivery will be sent directly to the home address by post. For orders with a total weight of more than 20 kg, however, only MyPack Home can be selected.


Our packages are packed with a maximum of 35 kg. Orders with a higher total weight are split and shipped into two or more packages (depending on weight). For this extra shipping cost, a service fee of SEK 59 per package applies, starting with the second package.
In the delivery confirmation, which you will receive by email when we have finished packing your order, you will find a tracking number. 

You can use this on Postnord’s website to follow the package.


Normally we will ship your package within 1-4 business days. Postnord’s delivery time will be added. During peak season or in connection with promotions, delivery may take longer.

Money-Back Guarantee, Returns & Refunds

You always have a 30-day right of exchange or return when you shop with us, provided that the item is unused and in new condition. Return cost is 69 SEK.

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service info@vetasapiens.com and we will send you a return label and further instructions.

When returning, the item must be sent in its original condition. Always check your item when you have received it and always contact our customer service if you have received an item that has not been delivered in the expected condition according to our restrictions.

Do not write or paste anything on the original packaging, as these must be returned to us in their original condition. The refund for the returned goods will be made using the same payment method you used at the time of ordering.

In some cases, a different payment method may be used for the refund. For questions about refunds, please contact customer service.

Payment

In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment. You can find more information and complete terms and conditions about Klarna’s payment method at  Klarna.se

Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from the day you received the item. The item must be unused and in new condition.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us by e-mail or post. Our full contact details can be found above.

The message must clearly state which purchase it is and that you regret the purchase.

You can also use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s form, which you can find on www.konsumentverket.se.

Please note that it does not count as an exercise of the right of withdrawal if you do not pick up your package or do not receive a delivery.

Unclaimed packages

For ordered packages that are not picked up and returned, a fee of SEK 149 will be charged. It will cover our costs for shipping, handling and administration.

Avoid the fee by picking up your package, you always have the right of return.

Complaint

It is important to us that our products keep what they promise, which is why we take complaints and fault reports very seriously.

We guarantee that the goods you order are flawless upon delivery. Should you receive a defective or incorrect delivery, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.

The Consumer Sales Act gives you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery.

Please note that you must leave us a notice with information about the defect “within a reasonable time” after you discover it.

If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, you have filed a complaint within a reasonable time. 

In case of complaints, we will send you a consignment note so you do not have to pay for the shipping. When we have received the product that you want to complain about, we will take a position on whether it is a defect in the product.

In the event of a defect, we will reimburse you as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days of receiving the goods from you. If the complaint is approved, we are responsible for shipping and costs related to the product you have complained about.

The refund for a complained item is made using the same payment method that you used at the time of ordering. In some cases, a different payment method may be used for the refund.

Buy through retailers

If you have purchased a VetaSapiens product from one of our retailers, you should contact the retailer/store for questions about exchanges and complaints.

Disputes

We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes and Swedish law in the event of a dispute.

Force majeure

We are exempt from penalties for failure to perform certain obligations under these General Terms and Conditions, if the failure is due to an exonerating circumstance as set out below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays performance.

Exonerating circumstances include actions or omissions by the authorities, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labour market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage or accidents of a greater magnitude.

Force majeure includes government decisions that have a negative impact on the market and products, such as decisions on warnings, sales bans, etc., or an abnormal decline in the market.

Fraud

We report all fraud and data breaches to the police and attempts at such.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your purchase if we have reason to suspect fraud, data breaches and/or other misuse of our site.
