Hello, my name is Jonathan and I’m the head chef for the Swedish football club BK Häcken. Together with my colleagues, I prepare food for the players and everyone working in the office.

On average, we make 120 breakfasts and lunches for everyone, and I’ve been working here for five exciting years.
I come from a family of restaurateurs, and food has always been very important to me.
But now let’s talk about composting! I must say that the composting machine has made handling food waste incredibly easy for us. The fact that the result is something as valuable as nutrient-dense fertilizer, which we can use for our plants, means a lot and saves us from having to purchase fertilizers.

It’s not complicated to use the composting machine, since it just stands there and does its job.
We throw all our organic waste into the machine, and I love that it produces a new product which we can use. The circle is complete, in a way.
The machine does its job, and when you factor in the human aspect, we no longer need to schedule waste collection, and I feel that I have greater control over the process. Suddenly, I’m the one deciding what happens to my food every step of the way – from purchasing to preparation to composting. The fertilizer I get is dry, odorless, and easy to use. No mess.
I truly recommend Mega Reencle for large kitchens, and honestly, I have nothing negative to say about the machine. It simply does its job – what more could you ask for?
